Defects reports

Buildings can suffer from a wide range of structural defects. Some are serious and require intervention, many are less significant and can be monitored for many years with no further impact on the use of a building.

A defects report is required when a valuer, surveyor or you as a buyer of homeowner suspects there may be structural problems (or defects) at a property.

Our Chartered Structural Engineers are experts who can provide practical advice on the presence and seriousness of structural defects.
