GCA have been working for two years on the Dudley College Institution of Transformative Technology, leading the civil and structural engineering design for this complex project. The site has been challenging to develop, with existing mining, soft ground, deep existing culverts and potential contamination from industrial use.
The project is being delivered with the innovative IPI contract form, which promotes highly collaborative working.
GCA have formed an Alliance with Dudley College, Cundalls, Cullinan Studios, DBS, Speller Metcalfe and Fulcro to deliver an innovative and exciting project.
