GCA have been appointed to deliver structural and civil engineering design for this five storey retail, office and residential mixed use scheme.
We overcame a number of highways challenges to meet stringent planning requirements whilst maintaining the commercial potential of the scheme, and are presently establishing an efficient structural strategy for the this multi-use building.
